Booking Questions
Do I need to pay now to secure my booking?
No. Online booking requires zero prepayment. We hold your chosen vehicle and you pay the full amount at pickup — by cash (EUR/USD/MAD) or card.
What if I need to cancel or change dates?
Free cancellation or modification up to 48 hours before pickup. WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference. No penalties, no fees.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You receive instant confirmation via email and WhatsApp after submitting the form. Includes booking reference, vehicle details, pickup instructions, and our 24/7 contact number.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Provide the main driver's name when booking. The actual driver must be 21+, have licence held 2+ years, and present licence + passport at pickup.
What documents do I need at pickup?
Valid driving licence (held 2+ years), passport or national ID, and booking confirmation. International licence not required for EU/UK/US/Canadian licences.
How far ahead should I book?
High season (December-March): 2-4 weeks recommended. Low season: even same-day is possible. Check availability form shows real-time vehicle stock.
Can I pick up at airport and return at hotel?
Yes. Different pickup and return locations are free within the Agadir region. Airport → hotel, hotel → Taghazout, any combination works.
What if the vehicle I want isn't available?
Try different dates or choose an equivalent vehicle. If absolutely needed, WhatsApp us — we have partner vehicles that aren't always listed online.
Is the online price really the final price?
Yes. Price shown includes everything: vehicle, insurance, unlimited mileage, delivery, taxes. Only optional extras: child seats (request when booking), additional driver (€10).
Can I extend my rental after booking?
Yes, WhatsApp us during your rental. Subject to vehicle availability. Pro-rata daily rate applied, or better weekly rate if extending 2+ days.
