What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically using your flight number. Whether you land 2 hours early or 4 hours late, we adjust. No need to notify us — we'll be there when you arrive. No penalty, no extra charges.
Is there an airport delivery fee?
No. Al Massira Airport meet & greet is completely free. Unlike traditional agencies that charge €20-40 for airport service, we include it at no cost.
Can I return the car at the airport?
Yes. We meet you at the terminal at your specified drop-off time. Quick vehicle inspection, return paperwork, and you're off to check in. Allow 15 minutes before your flight check-in.
What if I arrive very late at night?
We operate 24/7 including 1am, 3am, 5am arrivals. No surcharge for late night or early morning pickups. Same meet & greet service regardless of landing time.
How far in advance should I book for airport pickup?
Minimum 2 hours before landing during low season. High season (December-March): 1-2 weeks recommended. Last-minute bookings accepted if vehicles available — WhatsApp us when you land.
Do I need to pay anything at the airport?
Only the rental rate — no hidden fees, no deposit hold, no surprise charges. Payment by cash (EUR/USD/MAD) or card. Price you booked online is the final amount.
Can you help with baby seats at airport pickup?
