Privacy policy

• When you book: your name, email address, phone number, and, if you give them, your flight number and a note for us.
• Your rental details: dates, places, car, extras and price.
• At pick-up: the details of your driving licence and passport, which are written on the rental agreement as the law requires.
• When you contact us: the messages you send by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• When you search for a car: the dates, places and car you looked at, your device type and browser language, so we can see how far searches get. This has no name or IP address, and nothing you type into the booking form is saved until you confirm.
• When you browse the site: how you use it, such as clicks, scrolling and the pages you view, collected through Microsoft Clarity.

• To confirm and manage your booking, meet you with the car and contact you during the rental.
• To send you a booking confirmation by email.
• To meet our legal duties, such as accounting records and police or insurance requests after an incident.

We do not sell your details, and we don't send marketing emails.

Only our team. A few service providers process data for us to run the website: our hosting and database provider, an email delivery service that sends booking emails, and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how the site is used. They may store data outside Morocco. Our hosting and email providers only use it to provide their service to us; Microsoft handles Clarity data under its own terms. We share details with the police or an insurer only when the law or a claim requires it.

When you search for a car, one first-party cookie remembers your visit for up to 6 months, so we can see if you come back to your search. It isn't shared with anyone. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site and improve it, which sets its own cookies. Microsoft processes this data as described in its privacy statement. A separate technical cookie keeps our staff signed in to the booking system.

Booking records are kept for as long as Moroccan accounting and tax rules require. Bookings that never went ahead are deleted when we no longer need them. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for your booking. Search history is deleted 90 days after your last visit.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it when we no longer need it for the rental or the law. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. We follow Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data, supervised by the CNDP, and the GDPR for visitors from the European Union.
